2. Orders and Payments

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.

  • Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Pam Hurst Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.


4. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, non-custom items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Custom orders and permanent jewelry sales are final and non-refundable.


5. Warranty and Repairs

  • We offer a 60-day warranty on craftsmanship defects.

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered under warranty.

  • Repairs beyond the warranty period may be available for an additional fee.


6. Permanent Jewelry Policy

  • Permanent bracelets or jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Customers must agree to and sign a liability waiver before the application of permanent jewelry.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage after the jewelry has been applied.


7. StudioPhD Classes and Workshops

  • StudioPhD workshops require advance registration.

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Participants must adhere to safety guidelines during classes.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Pam Hurst Designs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Pam Hurst Designs is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages related to our jewelry.

  • We are not liable for third-party services, including shipping carriers and payment processors.


10. Privacy Policy

  • We collect customer information solely for processing orders and improving user experience.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill orders.
