SUMMARY:Jewelry Skills Intensive - February 21 & 22\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:Our Jewelry Basics Class is a 2 day session from 9-5 on a Saturday and Sunday. It is an intensive session of the 4 skill sets that will be pre-requisites for some of our more advanced classes. We will also offer the 4 classes individually at different times\, if that works better for you. \nYou will learn: \nBasic tool safety\, wire working for connecting\, texturing\, forming\, assembling\, soldering\, sawing\, piercing and how to finish your pieces for a professional look. \nAll tools and materials will be provided. \nNo experience necessary and this will complete all the pre-requisites that will be needed in future advanced classes and to participate in Open Studio times. \nYou will need to bring: \nNotebook for your notes \nMagnification/Reading glasses for close up work-this is super important\, it is necessary to see small\, fine detail \nPlease wear closed toe shoes and pants for safety \nClass date – February 21 & 22 \nTime: 9-5 pm\, we will break an hour for lunch.
